I'm taking a break with my 100 things challenge because right now I am honestly an emotional wreck after watching Glee. I know this is going to sound incredibly corny and maybe some of you will laugh at me for this, but that show was my life for nearly three years. And now it's over (well. kind of over) and I'm at a bit of a loss. I felt the same way after the last Harry Potter movie came out.

I know that Glee isn't perfect; there are a lot of problems with the show and the writing, especially in this last season. But I can't help but see past all that, see the show that I first loved. I still love all the characters and I don't care if you think they're crappy or unrealistic or acting stupidly or horribly or whatever. This show is special to me.

I am literally sobbing right now. The last episode was beautiful and the perfect goodbye to all the characters we love. I can't wait to see where they take the show next... All I know is that it's not going to be the same.

Please excuse me while I go and drown myself in fanfiction where the Glee kids stay together forever and everyone has a happy ending and it's all perfect and sunshine.

Harry Potter babble ahead (and how I missed it so!)

So for like, ages, I've seen Lily Evans and James Potter in my head as Kate Nash and Darren Criss. I made posts about them. I posted fanmixes with them on the covers. And then tumblr came along and ruined it all.

Who is Andrew Garfield? I had no idea up until a week ago when I watched The Social Network for the first time and had a "who-is-this-gorgeous-man-and-why-haven't-I-heard-of-him-before" moment. So now Andrew Garfield is James Potter Okay. Cool. But then you go on tumblr and it's all KAREN GILLAN and I know a couple of people on my f-list were all about her being Lily but I was so stubborn and now all I see is KAREN AND ANDREW OH GOD THEY'RE PERFECT, mostly because of things like this.

So yeah. I've been converted.

And also one day I'm going to post my epic long list of lilyxjames fanfiction. One day.

So here's the thing. I seem to attract stupid men. I also seem to be related to a lot of stupid men. This icon comes in handy more times then you would believe. I remember adding it to my collection when I decided I wasn't going to stress about shaving anymore. I was feeling strong and independent and proud to be a woman. And this icon was PERFECT for expressing that feeling.

Okay, confession: I am a hardcore Puckleberry shipper. There. I said it. So this episode (the Superbowl one), where they sung a song together was like... UGH. Heaven. This is my "fight" icon. The one I use when people say something really friggin stupid. See, look at them. They are both being held back by other people. EVEN LITTLE TINY RACHEL. SHE IS A SPITFIRE. SO DON'T MESS WITH THEM, M'KAY?

I only watch True Blood for Eric. Pretty much. And I love that he's always like "IS MY HAIR OKAY. WHAT IS ON MY FACE OH GOD GET IT OFF." It cracks me up to no end. So when I saw this icon, it reminded me of that scene... in the second season, you know the scene... when he rips apart that guy and then he turns to Lafayette and is like "Is there blood in my hair?" Because he's getting his highlights done and lolololol I love him so much.

Anyone who has not read Growing Up Cullen needs to go here right now and read it. Do it. Especially if you're NOT a fan of Twilight. You won't regret it. It is the most hilarious... the most AWESOME Twilight parody thing ever. EVER. It basically stemmed from a conversation to people were having about what REALLY goes on at the Cullen house. And somehow Edward turned into a prissy housewife with really ~delicate sensibilities. This icon is an Edward quote. It's one of those things that I go back to read again and again and again. AWESOME.

You know how everyone has a favourite Disney princess? (Don't lie, you totally have a favourite!) Well, mine is Snow White. Yes, the perpetual housewife who sings to birds and makes pies and is stupid enough to eat something given to her by a creepy old lady who is soooooooo obviously PURE EVIL. Like seriously, why did you do it Snow White? I don't understand. Anyway, yes. I love her. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that it was one of the first movies I remember watching. As in ever remember watching. And apparently, I was obsessed with it. I knew all the words to the songs (lol who am I kidding, I still know all the words to the songs), and I would get all happy when her prince came, and the evil witch used to make me cry and I just loved it. So when I stumbled across this icon set, and saw this icon, a gif of that scene where she first wakes up, all fluttery eyes and rosy cheeks.... I just had to have it. And my love for Snow White compelled me to make it my default. So there :P

Okay, just because I'm bored, and also super curious - what are your phobias? What freaks you out more than anything?
I thought I'd share mine first, because honestly some of them are freakin' bizarre:

Birds - I think this is reasonable. I'm fairly certain that they're proof of the devil. I can't even look at drawings of them.
Falling - I could be on a stepladder a foot on the ground and become convinced that I'm going to lose my balance and fall. For this reason, I avoid really steep hills, stairs I'm not used to, and escalators.
Cockroaches - I felt sick just typing that. Ugh.
Mannequins - My Ma has one in her room that she has DRESSED UP. Like it has a fucking dress and a hat and scarves and shit. *shivers*
Having super dry hands - If I touch certain types of material with dry hands... I lose my shit
Wearing turtlenecks or having anything wrapped too tightly around my neck - I seriously feel like I'm going to die.
Milk - I don't even know with this one. I just can't. I can't even think about it. I'm okay if it's mixed in with food, like pasta or mashed potatoes, as long as I don't see it being made. When I bake cakes and need to use milk, I get someone else to pour it for me.

So. What about everyone else?

I seriously wanted to hit Finn during this damn episode
I love the Lauren + Puck thing, and I love that she doesn't take any shit from him
Though I wasn't impressed with Rachel's slut shaming of Santana, I'm glad that someone at least tried to give her a reality check
Quinn and Finn - what the hell are you doing?! So not impressed...
I am totally in love with the idea of a Mercedes+Kurt+Rachel friendship ♥
Blaine has FLAWS OH THANK CHEESUS
I felt so embarassed for him OMG HE GOT REJECTED POOR BB
Though I do love that Kurt + Blaine are taking things slow and working on their friendship
Loved the music this episode, especially PYT and Fat Bottomed Girls
I loved Rachel in this epsiode - especially when she realised that she needs to be her own woman for awhile
