Okay, just because I'm bored, and also super curious - what are your phobias? What freaks you out more than anything?
I thought I'd share mine first, because honestly some of them are freakin' bizarre:

Birds - I think this is reasonable. I'm fairly certain that they're proof of the devil. I can't even look at drawings of them.
Falling - I could be on a stepladder a foot on the ground and become convinced that I'm going to lose my balance and fall. For this reason, I avoid really steep hills, stairs I'm not used to, and escalators.
Cockroaches - I felt sick just typing that. Ugh.
Mannequins - My Ma has one in her room that she has DRESSED UP. Like it has a fucking dress and a hat and scarves and shit. *shivers*
Having super dry hands - If I touch certain types of material with dry hands... I lose my shit
Wearing turtlenecks or having anything wrapped too tightly around my neck - I seriously feel like I'm going to die.
Milk - I don't even know with this one. I just can't. I can't even think about it. I'm okay if it's mixed in with food, like pasta or mashed potatoes, as long as I don't see it being made. When I bake cakes and need to use milk, I get someone else to pour it for me.

So. What about everyone else?

i share your phobia of birds. but its not all birds. just some.

i have quite a few phobias but these are the big ones i can think of at the moment.

making phonecalls - i'm terrified of doing it. even my closest friends i will fret and fret and fret if i have to call them (and usually wimp out and just text them instead). so you can imagine what calling strangers would be like.

nails scratching on material - especially stockings. the sound it makes and the feeling just makes me nauseous.

pool creepy-crawleys - absolutely cant be in a pool with one.

being in open water - i'm not a strong swimmer, and i am way too scared of sea creatures (someone has obviously seen Jaws one too many times).

the most interesting one of yours for me is milk. i'm just wondering where that came from. did you have that when you were little? and what about it freaks you out so much? the colour? texture? the fact that it comes from a weird bulging part on cows?

Phone calls terrify me too! I'm generally okay making them (if I know the person I'm calling) but I refuse to answer the house phone (we don't have caller id).

Milk. Where do I start. Firstly, I'm lactose intolerant, so that probably has a big thing to do with it. When I was little, my parents weren't aware of this. I would always refuse to drink milk, and I remember one day they convinced me to drink a glass and I threw the whole thing up. So there's that.
Then there's the smell. And the colour is so... dull and lifeless and just thick and goopy looking and SPEAKING OF I hate cream too. Whipped cream, creamy cheese, anything along the lines of that. I just. Ugh. It's not even that I just really dislike the taste/smell, I'm sincerely terrified of the stuff. I feel like... if I drink it, I'll die. Which is a bit overdramatic, but that's the only way to explain it :/

I can't stand thinking about eye and nail injuries. D:

It doesn't count as a phobia, since I'm less scared and more fascinated, but I have a small obsession with the concept of uncanny valley.

I totally get the eye thing. I used to have this intense fear that I would get a paper cut on my eye *shivers*

Oooh, I agree! Uncanny valley fascinates me too! It's such a weird concept. There's so many videos on youtube of those japanese dolls (you know, the SUPER lifelike ones) singing and talking and stuff, it both terrifies and fascinates me :/

Same here! I actually made my matura presentation about robots and non-human humanoids (nice sentence, ain't it) and why they make people uneasy. Have you read Tv Tropes' article about it? It has plenty of great examples, I must have read through it three times by now!

Spiders--They move so fast and just seem to appear out of nowhere.

Drowning--I'm not all that fond of large bodies of water.

Height--I don't like being up on ladders or railings where I can see down.

Marionettes--String puppets or ventriloquist dolls.

Clowns--Even though I know that it's a person underneath the make-up, they freak me out.

Spiders! Ugh. You know what I hate? After you kill one, and then you stay up all night terrified that it's family is going to come and seek it's revenge! (or is that just me...?)

Heights are scary too D: Ladders terrify me, even those little stepladders.

Hmm.
Spiders. I'm not as scared of them as when I was younger but I definitely don't care for them. Or most bugs for that matter.

Sitting on the grass or natural ground. I know this one is probably really weird, but first I wonder if I'm going to sit on some bug and kill them, but more than that, I wonder who's sitting beside ME?

Like you, I also don't like the feeling of anything close to my neck. I've overcome it and can wear necklaces now, even though it sometimes feels odd still, but for a long time, I couldn't even do that.

Clowns and dolls, especially the kind of dolls that look 'realistic'. In high school, I had a sleepover at a friend's place and she had these dolls on a shelf. I hadn't known they were there and found it hard to fall asleep, even with my back turned.

Uncooked egg whites. I can NOT eat eggs if the whites are even slightly wobbly. It is one of the grosses things in the world to me.

I'm not a fan of bugs either. Cockroaches are the worst, but I also can't stand spiders or anything that flies :/

And I totally get the egg whites thing. I hate it too - the whites should NEVER be wobbly.

Oh, oh, I almost forgot. BUGS that FLUTTER. Only in the past year or so, have I gotten a bit used to butterflies - yeah, I know...harmless and pretty butterflies, but they used to freak me out. I still loath moths. Not only do they nibble on my woollies - a pretty cashmere jumper given to me as a present has got holes in it. Grrr! They are simply unattractive bugs.

The worse ones ever though, are the cranes, leather jackets, or whatever people call them. They look like daddy long legs with wings.
